Eligibility
A request may be made only when an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description. This is not a no-reason return program. Requests must be submitted within 30 days after delivery. We consider the supporting details before confirming an outcome.
Information required
Provide the order number, purchasing email, a clear explanation, and photographs or video showing the issue. Do not send an item back unless we first provide authorization and return instructions.
Review and outcomes
After review, we may request further evidence. If approved, the available outcome may be a replacement or refund as appropriate. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; financial institutions may require additional posting time.
